UKA, pg.22-36

Now, finally, I present to you all the conclusion of volume 1 of the "Uchuu Kaizoku Akogingu" manga. Ta-da! First off, I would like to give my thanks to Sarahsuke and Seppukumaru for their invaluable help with translating what I couldn't (and there was quite a bit). Also, I want to apologize, as usual, for the lateness. I've been quite busy with school and everything else.

Speaking of school, I'm in the last week of classes currently. Just a few more days, and then exams, and then I'll be without a scanner until the end of August. So don't expect another batch of translations before then.

In a perfect world, you would be able to publish these as books with the English edited in. How cool would that be? Even unpublished, this will be pretty epic when it's complete. Goemon manga has been neglected by translators for too long...

If you reply to this comment, try commenting on this blog post, and I'll see if I receive your comment in my email... I'm not sure if I tried the "email follow-up comments" option before, back when I was trying to figure out the Blogger system. If that doesn't work, I'll still see your comment here when I check back.

OK, let's try this...

That would be pretty awesome if I could put them in books, and even more awesome if people actually paid attention to them. I can't wait to finish it...Maybe I'll be able to do more afterwards, if I can get more manga and finish this one in a timely manner. Do you think we'd be able to work on it this summer?

Alright, it worked!

I don't see why we can't work on it this summer. We'll have wi-fi, so we'll have WWWJDIC. And honestly, the internet is so handy, I hardly ever pick up a book anymore when I can't figure something out.

I thought I couldn't translate without my books, but now that I've been working on it for a while, I see that they are no longer essential. Though... if I have leftover space, there's still a chance I'll bring one or more of the books.

Ah, that's great to hear. I had heard from you two that the wi-fi was terrible there, so that's why I was worried about it. In that case, I'll try to get in a lot of scans while I still can.

Yeah, I hardly ever use my books myself. It's almost always the Internet for me. I'll probably bring some of mine just for the hell of it. Who knows, they might come in handy.
